A deposit of £80.00 must be paid at the time of booking. (Non returnable except in the event of our being unable to supply, when your deposit will be returned immediately). Balance due 4 weeks prior to holiday. No reminder will be sent by us. Cancellation up to 4 weeks 80% refund, cancellation within 4 weeks no refund.
After booking your holiday should any information change, please notify the office in writing.
Only the persons whose names are entered on the booking form may occupy the accommodation. Person occupying accommodation must not exceed the number of berths provided (baby in arms counts as one).
Freshly laundered bed linen is provided in all units per person per stay.
Bed and seat maximum weight limit applies.
All accommodation may be occupied after 2.00 pm. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure.
Pushchairs, high-chairs, wheelchairs, deck chairs and hair-dryers are available for hire from reception.
No pets are allowed at any time.
Weather permitting one car can be parked at the rear of the caravan, the second car may be parked on the car park areas. Cars must not be used for sleeping purposes. There is a 5 mph. speed limit on the park.
Hirers should endeavour to keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 11.00 pm and 8.00 am.
All necessary equipment is provided with the exception of towels.
All losses and breakages, including windows, must be made good. Your accommodation may be inspected with you, at the end of your stay.
In your own interest you are advised to check the inventory on taking over the unit. we are unable to accept responsibility for any defects that are not reported in the first 24 hours of arrival.
Enjoy yourselves but not at the expense of others. Any one creating a disturbance or whose conduct could give offence to others will be required to leave the park immediately NO REFUND GIVEN.
The management reserves the right to decline accommodation or to expel any visitor at their discretion without entitlement to compensation and thereupon, Ingoldale Park nor any company operating or managing the park shall have any liability to the occupants.
We reserve the right to enter your accommodation under special circumstances or emergencies.
Please leave the unit in the same happy condition as you would wish to find it.
