CONDITIONS OF HIRE - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Families and couples only.br>
A deposit of 100 pounds must be paid at the time of booking. Balances are due 8 weeks prior to holiday. A reminder will not be sent to you.
Cancellation up to 6 weeks 80% refund, cancellation within 6 weeks of holiday, no refund.
If we cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control such as, but not limited to, fire, flood, bad weather, natural disasters, acts of government and technical problems, this will be non-refundable but may be covered by your own insurance.
Holidays booked within 6 weeks of start of booking date, the full balance will be required.
It may be necessary to cancel your break due to illness, accident or change of circumstance. If you have taken out insurance, payments arising from cancellation will be covered in most cases.
Persons occupying the accommodation must not exceed the number of berths provided (baby in arms counts as one). No pets are allowed at any time.
All accommodation may be occupied after 2.00pm on day of arrival and vacated by 10.00am on day of departure. Late arrivals (after 3.00pm): If you expect to arrive after 3.00pm please let the park know to arrange key collection.
Freshly laundered bed linen is provided in all units to a maximum of one set per bed per stay. Additional linen requirements will incur a charge.
Pushchairs, wheelchairs and deckchairs are available from reception. Weight limits apply to equipment, please ask before booking. A maximum of two electric mobility scooters in any unit at any one time please.
Each apartment enjoys 1 accessible parking bay, second car may park in adjacent spaces. One car can be parked at the rear of the caravan,weather permitting, others should be parked in the car park.Cars must not be used for sleeping purposes. There is a 5 mph speed limit on the park.
All necessary equipment is provided with the exception of towels. All losses, damage and breakages, including windows, must be made good. Your accommodation may be inspected, with you, at the end of your stay. In your own interest you are advised to check the inventory on taking over the accommodation. We are unable to accept responsibility for any defects not reported in the first 24 hours of arrival.
Hirers should make every endeavour to keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 11.00pm and 8.00am.
Enjoy yourselves but not at the expense of others, anyone creating a disturbance or whose conduct could give offence to others will be required to leave the park immediately and NO REFUND GIVEN.
Smoking Policy: As a result of Government legislation, all of our accommodations operate a no smoking policy. We do provide ashtrays for you to smoke outside.
Errors: Whilst every effort is made to avoid changes or errors, we are only human. Please check and/query the details and price of your chosen holiday at the time of booking.
The management reserves the right to decline accommodation or to expel any visitor at their discretion without entitlement to compensation and thereupon, Ingoldale Park nor any company operating or managing the park shall have any liability to the occupants.
We reserve the right to enter your accommodation under any special circumstances or emergencies.
Please leave the accommodation in the same happy condition as you would wish to find it.
